Women’s Tennis Falls to Simmons at Home on Thursday

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) women’s tennis team was beaten by the Simmons University Sharks in non-conference action, 7-0, to open the 2026 campaign Thursday afternoon at the Elizabeth Ferry Speer Tennis Courts in West Hartford, Conn. The Sharks won all three doubles matches to secure the sole point awarded for doubles play, while garnering victories in all six singles matches to take home the win.
