Men’s Cross Country: Owls open season with win over OWU

GAMBIER, Ohio — The Kenyon College men’s cross country team placed the top two runners and nine of the top-10 runners Friday evening, as the Owls opened the 2026 campaign with a convincing 18-45 victory over the Ohio Wesleyan University Battling Bishops. Kenyon’s top runner was junior Charlie Menzel, who cleared the 6k course in 19:47.0, just ahead of first-year teammate Evan Blenkinsop, who claimed the runner-up spot with a time of 19:53.3.
