Spring Lake piles up big plays in victory over Gladwin

LocalSportsJournal.com Jack Nash and the Spring Lake football team piled up some big plays in the Lakers’ 43-6 win over Gladwin on Thursday. Nash tallied three touchdowns for the Lakers which included a 57-yard scoring strike from quarterback Tyler Bolhuis. Nash finished with 124 yards rushing on on just six carries. Bolhuis was 2 of 3 passing for 60 yards. The Lakers had 399 yards of total offense, 339 coming on the ground. Spring Lake averaged 9.2 yards per carry in the victory.
