In a week when many top Arizona high school football teams tested themselves against top out-of-state opponents, there were stunning results. And, in the end, two Peoria schools may have helped get themselves back on the national scene. The Arizona Republic rewinds the week and looks ahead, as we roll through Week 3 of the season. Peoria schools Liberty and Centennial are right in the mix with Basha, Chandler and Hamilton to challenge for the Open Division state championship.
