NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Felician battled Southern Connecticut State to a 1-1 draw Saturday afternoon at Jess Dow Field. After a scoreless opening half, the Golden Falcons broke through in the 65th minute when Issa El Assal scored his first goal of the season off an assist from Anthony Gomez to give Felician a 1-0 lead.
