Logan Paces Pioneers at USF Invite

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — Cal State East Bay men's cross country opened the 2026 season Friday with a 13th-place team finish at the USF Invite at Golden Gate Park. The Pioneers totaled 378 points in the 8K race, led by Phillip Logan, who crossed the finish line in 25:32.8 to place 58th overall. Dylan Baptista followed as East Bay's second finisher, placing 87th with a time of 26:12.7. Elijah Fordham crossed in 26:40.4 to finish 114th overall.
