Women’s volleyball drops a pair to conclude Cougar Classic

DANVILLE, Va. – Averett University women’s volleyball finished the 32nd Annual Cougar Classic weekend with a pair of defeats to Salem College and Greensboro College on Saturday afternoon at E. Stuart James Grant Center. Averett (0-3) matched up with Salem (2-1) in the morning session, and were swept. The Spirits controlled the first two sets, but the Cougars fought hard in the third.
