Bulldogs Complete Perfect Weekend with Third Straight Sweep

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville volleyball team closed out the Blue Ridge Volleyball Classic in dominant fashion Sunday morning, defeating Jacksonville State in straight sets, 25-22, 25-23, 25-21, at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville. Sunday’s victory marked Asheville’s third consecutive sweep, as the Bulldogs finished the Blue Ridge Volleyball Classic with a perfect 3-0 record without dropping a set. Asheville improves to 6-1 on the season. The Bulldogs finished the match with 37 kills, 34 assists, seven service aces and six total blocks.
