Memphis Cross Country Opens Season at City Auto Memphis Twilight Classic

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis cross country team opened its season at the City Auto Memphis Twilight Classic at the Mike Rose Soccer Complex on Saturday evening. The women's team placed 12th, while the men finished ninth. Reese McDevitt led the women's team as the sole Tiger in the top 50, placing 43rd with a time of 19:12.35. On the men's side, Robert Randall and James Marimbe secured top-30 finishes, placing 14th (20:01.39) and 27th (20:25.11), respectively.
