Men’s Soccer Team Settles for Tie with Raiders on Late Goal from Opponent

A late goal by Shippensburg University forged a 1-1 tie with the Chestnut Hill College Men's soccer team Saturday afternoon at Victory Field in Lafayette Hill. The Griffins record is now 1-2-1 while The Raiders are now 0-0-2. Chestnut Hill goalkeeper Max Bond kept his team in the game making 11 saves in goal, allowing just the one Raider goal in the 74th minute. The Griffins got on the board first as Mohamed Bility made a near perfect cross pass to Emmanuel Sampson who put a shot past SU goalkeeper Ryan Krumenacker at the 22:41 mark for a 1-0 lead....
