Poll’s Goal, Stellar Defensive Effort Leads #16 Hofstra Past Drexel

Hempstead, NY - Henri Poll's goal just over 6 minutes into the second half was the lone score of the game as No. 16 Hofstra picked up a 1-0 CAA victory over Drexel Saturday night at Captains Field. The goal was Poll's first of the season. Hofstra moved to 4-0-1 on the season overall and 1-0-1 in the CAA with the win. Drexel is 2-2-0 overall and 0-2-0 in league play.
