Natalie Barr, JD Sherrod Tabbed GoMart Pioneers of the Week

GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State athletes Natalie Barr and JD Sherrod have been tabbed GoMart Pioneers of the Week, the GSU Athletic Department announced. Barr, a standout senior with the Pioneer cross country program, had a strong start to the 2026 season with a fourth-place finish at the Thundering Herd Invite on Friday (Sept. 4). Barr crossed the line at 18:07 and finished in front of nine Division 1 runners as well as being the highest-placing MEC runner in the race.
