Smock Earns American Conference Honorable Mention

BIRMINGHAM – UAB sophomore middle blocker Addyson Smock was named to the American Conference Honorable Mention Team following her strong performance over the weekend. The Easton, Mass., native led the Blazers defensively at the net in Queens, recording a league-best 15.0 total blocks across three matches. Smock delivered a career-best 8.0 blocks, including four solo blocks, against St. John's on Friday. She also contributed 11 kills, three service aces and seven digs across three matches.
