Women’s Soccer Earns First Win of Season, Blanks Lincoln (Pa.) 1-0

RALEIGH, NC— Shaw University women's soccer secured its first victory of the 2026 season with a 1-0 shutout of Lincoln University (Pa.) at Wakestone Park in Knightdale Monday afternoon. After more than 82 minutes of scoreless action, Savanah Echeverria delivered the game-winner for the Lady Bears at the 82:16 mark, finishing an assist from Damilola Onafowokan to give Shaw the late advantage.
