Amo Named MVC Goalkeeper of the Week

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Following a strong performance in Evansville's first result of the season, Hugo Amo (Burgos, Spain/Casper CC) has been named Missouri Valley Conference Goalkeeper of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon. Amo played all 90 minutes in goal for the Aces in Friday's 1-1 draw at Kentucky, recording two saves while helping lead an Evansville defense that blocked five shots.
