Carlson named MIAC Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Junior Beckett Carlson of the third-ranked St. Olaf College men’s soccer team was named the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, as announced on Tuesday. Carlson earned the accolade for the second time in his career after going 3-0-0 with a pair of shutouts and a 0.33 goals-against average in St. Olaf’s three-win week to start the season.
