Catamount Football Continues to Receive Votes

Cullowhee, N.C. – Catamount football remained in the national conversation despite Sunday's tough road loss at Campbell. Western Carolina continued to receive votes in both the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 media poll and the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Coaches poll. Including the preseason rankings, it's the third straight week the Catamounts have received votes, falling outside of the national Top 25 after debuting at No. 24 in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 last week. Two Southern Conference teams remained among the media's national rankings, with Tennessee Tech holding at 12th and Mercer advancing one position to 18th....
