Elon Finishes Runner-Up At Myrtle Beach Golf Trips Intercollegiate

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The Elon men’s golf team finished runner-up at the season-opening Myrtle Beach Golf Trips Intercollegiate on Tuesday, completing the 54-hole tournament at 20-under-par (276-282-286–844) at Grande Dunes Golf Club. Elon entered the final round just one shot off the lead and posted a 2-under 286 on Tuesday. Host Coastal Carolina pulled away with a 10-under final round to win the team title at 29-under (835).
