Gibson earns weekly league accolade

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. (Sept. 8) – Following a standout performance in his debut with the program, California (PA) senior transfer quarterback Eric Gibson, Jr. was selected the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West Offensive Athlete of the Week on Tuesday afternoon. Gibson accounted for five touchdowns (one rushing) on Thursday, as the Vulcans opened the season with a 49-24 victory against Charleston (WV) in non-conference play.
