Christian Gonzalez and the New England Patriots have agreed on a four-year, $135 million extension late on Monday night, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz. The 24-year-old is now the highest-paid cornerback in the NFL and the highest-paid player in Patriots history. Defensive lineman Milton Williams owned the record previously after signing a four-year, $104 million ($63 million guaranteed) deal during free agency in March 2025.
