Szopa Named GSC Goalkeeper of the Week

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | University of Alabama in Huntsville goalkeeper CeCe Szopa has been named the Gulf South Conference Goalkeeper of the Week following her performance in the Chargers' road victory over No. 15 Tampa. Szopa recorded five saves and posted a clean sheet as UAH earned a 1-0 victory over the nationally ranked Spartans. The win marked the Chargers' first victory at Tampa since 2003.
