Fourth Quarter Goal Slips Dickinson Past Susquehanna
CARLISLE, Pa. — The Susquehanna University field hockey team battled Dickinson College in a defensive showdown Wednesday afternoon, but the River Hawks fell to the Red Devils, 1-0, at Biddle Field Complex. Neither team was able to find the back of the cage through the first three quarters, as Susquehanna and Dickinson entered the final 15 minutes scoreless. The River Hawks’ defense, anchored by goalkeeper Kylie Schmidt, kept the game within reach despite Dickinson generating increased offensive pressure.
