Kaitlyn Lumbra Named PBC Women’s Runner of the Week

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University freshman Kaitlyn Lumbra has been named the Peach Belt Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Women's Runner of the Week Kaitlyn Lumbra , Augusta Freshman Competed at the Eye Opener Invitational Kaitlyn Lumbra finished the 5K with a time of 18:48 at the Eye Opener Invitational. 2nd-best DII time in the field. 100-degree heat index in a field that included the top runners from Clemson, USC, ETSU, and Liberty. Augusta returns to action Friday, Sept. 11, at the Queen City Invitational in Charlotte, North Carolina.
