Mandeville football’s new PA voice has a deep connection with the school and the Saints

David “Storm” Manning has a long history with Mandeville High, even though he didn’t graduate from there. The New Orleans native and De La Salle graduate is the oldest of four siblings, and all three younger siblings graduated from Mandeville after his family moved to St. Tammany Parish while he was in college.
