Minnesota State climbs to No. 5 in USC Division II Women’s Soccer Rankings

Mankato, Minn. - The Minnesota State women's soccer team has climbed to No. 5 this week's United Soccer Coaches (USC) Division II National Poll after being ranked No. 16 last week. The Mavericks won both their games at home this past week, taking down two ranked opponents in the process. On Saturday, the Mavericks defeated then No.10 Central Missouri 1-0, and on Sunday, they followed it up with a 1-0 win over then No.5 Grand Valley State.
