UNI football: Panthers face Bulldogs in the 2026 home opener

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — The Panthers open the home portion of the 2026 season with a matchup against the Drake Bulldogs on September 12. This will be the first time these teams have met since 2013, a 45-14 Panther victory inside the UNI-Dome. UNI is 13-9 all-time in Cedar Falls against the Bulldogs, including a perfect 3-0 inside the UNI-Dome, dating back to their first meeting in the building in 1983.
