Cardinals Tie School Record With 13-Goal Outpouring in Shutout Win

BEAUMONT, Texas – Marissa Gross , Diem Sealy and Ekemini Udofa each scored twice Thursday evening as Lamar University (3-1-3) recorded a school-tying mark 13 goals in a 13-0 shutout of Texas A&M-San Antonio. The victory marked Lamar's second-straight shutout victory, fourth shutout of the season, and the 36th of the Nathan Kogut era. Big Red's 13 goals matched the school record set against Alcorn State in 2015, while the Cardinals' nine first-half goals established a new program record.
