Reeths-Puffer’s league opener results in volleyball setback to Caledonia

LocalSportsJournal.com Reeths-Puffer dropped three of four sets and fell to Caledonia in Thursday’s OK-Green volleyball opener. Caledonia won, 25-11, 23-25, 25-20 and 25-14. The Rockets’ Addison Whittaker recorded 11 kills and 11 digs, while Peyton Radel threw in nine kills. Leah Zuniga scored one ace and led the defense with 16 digs. Kate Tindall added 36 assists and eight digs. Reeths-Puffer (5-5-2, 0-1) competes in the Elk Rapids Invitational on Saturday.
