Tharpanawongwech named NACC Women’s Golfer of the Week

©Steve Woltmann 9/10/2026 10:45:00 AM Aurora University sophomore Thanpimol Tharpanawongwech has been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Women’s Golf Student-Athlete of the Week, as selected by the league’s athletics communications professionals. Tharpanawongwech earned the award after she won medalist honors at the Carthage Firebird Fall Classic with a 36-hole total of 147. She fired an opening-round 80, then rebounded for a 5-under 67 in round two. Tharpanawongwech’s second-round total set new NACC single-round records for aggregate score and score in relation to par.
