Anglero, Mortenson Claim Wins at Wolverine Invite

OREM, Utah — Isabel Anglero and Wyatt Mortenson each claimed the first race wins of their collegiate careers to lead Utah Valley on Friday at the Wolverine Invite at Scera Park in Orem. Anglero took first with a time of 17:26.71, followed by freshman Lindsey Gerhart in second at 17:30.26. Both runners improved by nearly a minute on their times from a week ago on the same course at the UVU Invite.
