With a volleyball game unfolding in front of her, Devin Miller studies between plays. She cheers for her teammates, takes another bite of food, and turns back to her homework, all without allowing one responsibility to fully interrupt another. For most students, managing all three tasks at once would be an unusual and stressful endeavor.
