Mizzou and Kansas went to the half tied at 14 after a wild first half saw many big plays. The latest big plays have gone the way of Missouri, as Tigers LB Robert Woodyard was able to force an Isaiah Marshall fumble midway through the third quarter. Just a few plays later, Austin Simmons connected with Donovan Olugbode on an 8-yard pass to take a 21-14 lead.
