South Central Loses Late Lead in Loss to Odin/Patoka

The South Central Cougars used a 7-run fourth inning to take an 11-10 lead but could not hang on, falling to the Odin/Patoka Eagles 14-11 on Thursday night. The Eagles scored first with an RBI double in the top of the second inning to take a 1-0 lead. The Cougars took the lead with a 3-RBI double from Luke Shumate in the bottom of the second making the score 3-1. The Eagles responded with a 5-run third to take 6-3 lead.
