Trojans Rally Past Erskine for 3-1 Road Victory

DUE WEST, S.C. — The University of Mount Olive women's volleyball team bounced back from an opening-set loss to claim a 3-1 victory over Erskine on Friday night at Belk Arena. The Trojans (5-5, 1-1 Conference Carolinas) fell 25-21 in the opening set before responding with three straight set wins, taking the second set 25-18, the third 25-22 and the fourth 25-18. Mount Olive found its rhythm offensively after the opening frame, posting a .246 hitting percentage for the match with 52 kills on 142 attacks.
