Weather Forecast Forces Changes to Soccer and Football Start Times

FERRUM, Va. — Three Ferrum College fall sports teams will have start time changes for road games on Saturday, September 12. Incoming storms in the Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Durham, North Carolina, areas have prompted officials to move the start times up in an effort to avoid the storms or allow additional time for potential weather delays. The women’s soccer and men’s soccer Conference Carolinas games at Converse University in Spartanburg will be moved up from their originally scheduled start times of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., respectively.
