Women’s Volleyball Sweeps Bridgewater in Battle of the Eagles

HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The Juniata women’s volleyball team completed a sweep over Bridgewater in their home opener Friday night in Memorial Gymnasium. Juniata took control of the match early in set one, after a 3-0 run to make it 7-4. Bridgewater cut the deficit to one after a 2-0 run, 7-6. A 9-3 scoring stretch gave Juniata an eight-point lead at 17-9. Juniata finished the set on a 5-0 run, ending with a kill from Molly Mishinkash.
