Boxers ppen NWC play with 2-0 win at Lewis & Clark

PORTLAND, Ore. – A Rissalyn Hara penalty-kick and a late insurance goal from Marissa Agraz lifted the Pacific women’s soccer team to a 2-0 victory over Lewis & Clark on Friday night to open Northwest Conference play. Pacific (3-1, 1-0 NWC) grabbed the lead in the 10th minute when Hara converted a penalty kick for her second goal of the season. Lewis & Clark had an opportunity to answer in the 20th minute, but Pacific goalkeeper Jaelynn Moo denied the River Otters penalty kick in the 21st minute to keep the Boxers in front.
