Eagles Suffer Road Loss at Ohio Wesleyan, 1-0

DELAWARE, OHIO — The Asbury women’s soccer team (2-1-1, 0-0 CCS) dropped its first match of the season on Saturday afternoon, falling 1-0 to Ohio Wesleyan (1-2-2, 0-0 NCAC). After a scoreless opening 42 minutes, Ohio Wesleyan broke through scoring the match’s lone goal at the 42:03 mark of the first half. Asbury generated 10 shots and six corner kicks while applying pressure throughout the match.
