Football Falls in OT Thriller

DURHAM, N.C. — Ferrum College rallied from a 19-7 second-quarter deficit to take a late fourth-quarter lead, but Shaw University forced overtime and edged the Panthers, 34-28, Saturday afternoon in non-conference football action at Durham County Memorial Stadium. Ferrum took a 28-25 lead with 1:10 remaining when Eli Foutz connected with Omarza Gray on a 17-yard touchdown pass.
