Freshmen Led Bucs to Runner-Up Finish at Furman Invitational

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Charleston Southern hit the road for the first time this fall on Saturday to compete in the Furman Invitational. The Buccaneers placed second at the meet with a team score of 58 points. Furman won the meet with a perfect score of 15 points with the Bucs behind them with 58 on the day. They finished ahead of five other squads including a Big South member in Gardner-Webb.
