Grambling State Battles Hard,Falls to McNeese in Three Sets

GRAMBLING, La. | Grambling State volleyball battled throughout Friday evening but fell to McNeese, 25-16, 25-20, 26-24, at the Fredrick C. Hobdy Assembly Center. The loss moved the Tigers to 2-5 on the season, while McNeese improved to 1-7. Grambling State showed its strongest push in the third set, taking the match to extra points before McNeese closed out the contest, 26-24. The Tigers continued to compete despite dropping the opening two sets, but McNeese held on to complete the three-set victory.
