NORTH CANTON, OH: Walsh Women's Soccer opened conference play with a 2-0 victory over Ohio Dominican on Thursday night. The Cavaliers scored twice in less than two minutes during the first half, to give Walsh the edge. Walsh got on the board in the 14th minute when Paityn Marino scored off an assist from Katie Norris, putting the Cavaliers ahead 1-0.
