Miners Open Season With Team Victory at Queen City After Dark
By: Payton Siebert, Assistant Director of Athletic Communications SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Missouri S&T cross country opened the 2026 season with a team victory at the Queen City After Dark, as the Miners’ men’s team captured first place while the women’s team also competed against a strong field Saturday night. The Missouri S&T men finished first in the team standings with 38 points, finishing ahead of second-place Drury with 53 points and third-place Crowder with 102.
