No. 4 Washburn Tops SWOSU in Topeka

TOPEKA, Kan. – SWOSU Volleyball closed out its weekend at the Ichabod Classic on Saturday with a 3-0 loss to No. 4-ranked Washburn. The Bulldogs fell by set scores of 25-12, 25-16 and 25-22 and move to 7-5 on the season. Washburn controlled the opening two sets before SWOSU put together its best push of the match in the third. The Bulldogs trailed 18-13 before scoring seven of the next 10 points to pull within one at 21-20. SWOSU later battled back to even the set at 22-22, but the Ichabods scored the final three points to finish the sweep....
