Pioneers Sweep Sam Houston to Close Tarleton State Invitational

STEPHENVILLE, Texas – The University of Denver volleyball team closed out the Tarleton State Invitational with a three-set sweep of Sam Houston on Saturday, earning a 25-23, 25-22, 26-24 victory. The win moves the Pioneers to 6-3 on the season. LEADERS Hailey Goebel led Denver with 13 kills while hitting .579. Katelyn Landis added six kills and hit .556, while Romi Chlebecek and Elise Hart each recorded five kills.
