Strong Showing for GCU Cross Country at Back to the Bowl Invitational

HOLMDEL, NJ (Sept. 12, 2026) – Georgian Court Cross Country was right back on the course this week after opening the season a week ago. GCU competed at the Stevens Tech Back to the Bowl Invitational in historic Holmdel Park. The course is notoriously challenging with significant hills in the first two miles and a flat final mile. The Lion women finished in fourth place scoring 84 points. For the second straight week, Dori O’Halloran and Sophia Mauro finished in the top-10.
