Women’s Soccer Bested by Wesleyan in Non-Conference Tilt

Middletown, Conn. – Sophia Carr netted her first goal of the season, but the Stevens Institute of Technology women’s soccer team fell to Wesleyan University 6-1 on Saturday afternoon at Jackson Field. The Ducks dropped to 0-2-2 on the season, while Wesleyan improved to 4-0. Stevens finished with eight shots, including three on goal, and held an 8-5 advantage in corner kicks.
