AKRON, OH –AKRON, Ohio — The University of Akron volleyball team battled back from a pair of set deficits and pushed Coppin State to the limit before falling 3-2 (25-15, 22-25, 25-13, 25-27, 8-15) on Friday at James A. Rhodes Arena. Akron (2-6) received standout performances from three players who posted double-doubles in the five-set battle.
