Borderland Classic Ends with Three Set Loss for Women’s Volleyball

EL PASO, Texas – The Pacific women’s volleyball team found it tough sledding on the offensive half of the court in a three-set loss (25-17, 25-21, 25-20) to UC San Diego Sunday morning from UTEP’s Memorial Gym. Sophomore Olga Gergacz received her heaviest workload of the season and produced a career best eight kills on 14 swings for an efficient .429 clip (8-2-14).
