Buhr’s Late Field Goal Lifts Hawkeyes Past Iowa State
IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa football team used a game-winning field goal from Caden Buhr to defeat Iowa State, 16-13, on Saturday night on Duke Slater Field at Kinnick Stadium in the Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series. The Hawkeyes finished with 284 yards of total offense and 13 first downs while holding the Cyclones to 255 total yards and nine first downs.
